Dear Sir,

My name is Mr. Rasid Makrani from Udaipur. I m using Air tel Prepaid service.air tel reducing my talk balance every day with out any reason and when i complaint in customer care they don't take any action and they avoid my call so plz i have requested that solve my problem because i m a consumer.
