Poor customer care service

Dear sir,

I am trying several times to contact u, but failed due to network or poor service. I have some queries about the service, so please arrange a call from your end.

The detail problems facing are as below;

1. Call rate became higher as my plan is 1sec/1paisa. It is automatically changed.. How? Why?

2. 2-3 days back Rs.99 has beed deducted from my account & thenRs. 20. Why this is happening. Please clarify?
