Airtel Prepaid
No customer care response

I have multiple airtel postpaid connections where the customer care service is average. but the prepaid cc is absolutely zero. ever since i have taken this prepaid connection, i am regretting it. 90 rs were deducted from my a/c but there is no hello tune. i must have made multiple chargeable calls to prepaid cc, but to no avail. now i want back my money.
