Airtel Prepaid
Number deactivated while abroad

Hi,

I have been using the number 9840675204 since 2004. Due to some personal reasons I had changed my plan from postpaid to prepaid. After this change, I had moved abroad for work and all of a sudden my sim has been deactivated. It was very dissapointing when I had returned to India and tried to use the same number again.

Could you please help me with reactivating this card? Hope you understand that this number is very close to my heart and I would be very happy if you resovle this issue for me.
