Not able to contact Customer Care Executive

Hi Sir/Madam,

My Mobile No is 9561650886, I am not able contact Customer Care Executive from any no given (121, 198, 9892098920). When i connecting it's going in IVR after selecting proper keys call is get disconnect.

I confirm with my few friends whom are having Airtel Prepaid and they also facing same issue, but the same in postpaid it's working properly.

Please help us we are not able to resolve any of our issue related balance, other services etc...
