Not successful prepaid rechage amount not refunded yet

Hi,

I am Suresh, an Airtel prepaid customer. I tried to recharge another Airtel prepaid mobile number through web site www.airtel.in/m-commerce/recharge-prepaid.html on 2nd of Augest 2010 at 10:00 PM with the amount Rs 333.00. But I was failed to recharge and I've got SMS saying "Sorry, problem processing your request. Please try later." to my mobile number. So tried later and failed again.

Like that I tried totally three times, each time I've got the same message to my mobile.

Next day (03/08) morning around 11:00 AM, I received a call from mCheck

executive saying that "you can try recharge now, we solved the issue that you

have faced yesterday". Then I tried again and was able to recharge successfully

with the amount Rs 333.00.

The same day I checked my credit card transactions and wondered that totally

four times the amount Rs 333.00 was debited. And I have waited till 12/08 but,

the money was not credited yet.

I checked with bank, they asked me to confirm with the mobile operator.

So, kindly check and credit the amount into my account for failed transactions.

Kindly do the needful.

Note: I have a chain mail conversation with the Airtel, which ends with unresolved. I can post those if required.
