When I opted to port out from Airtel on 6 Jan, they offered me less call rate plan for continuing with them & told me to cancel port out to avail it. They promised to provide me this offer within 24 hrs. When I cancelled port out on 7 Jan, they blocked my call to their cusyomer care. When I contacted through another no. they told methat a complain has been registered & promised to provide offer by 13 Jan & told that I had called more than thrice in a day on their customer care which wasn't really & hence my call on this no. has been blocked. Today they gave me a missed call of Just 1-2 sec & instantaneously sent message that since I was not available for contact my complain has been resolved. When I tried to contact through online their complain section was disfunctional. Till now neither they have provided offer nof make my call on their customer care functional. Please help.
