Hi,
Today I got a SMS from AX - 602789 saying:
"You have been activated with 1 month Free Hello Tune with 1 song download Free. To deactivate call 543211808."
Since I don't want the hello tune service, I called 543211808 and it was a airtel hello tune service center, it asked me to choose an option - I pressed number 4 as my option to unsubscribe, but the reply was
"I didn't get that, no problem, let's try again"
This means it is a never ending loop, you keep on trying to unsubscribe, you will never get unsubscribe.
Kindly unsubscribe me from this service and also PLEASE KEEP ME IN DND (DO NOT DISTURB) for calls and SMS.
