AIRTEL SERVICES DEDUCTED RS.150/- FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 10 JUNE FOR ACTIVATING MOBILE TV THOUGH I HAVE NOT ACTIVATED THAT ONE.
REGARDING THAT I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THEIR CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES THEY TOLD ME THAT MY PROBLEM WILL RESOLVE IN TWO DAYS.
BUT STILL ANY ACTION IS NOT TAKEN BY THEM.
ON 14 JUNE I SPOKEN WITH CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES, AT THAT TIME THEY GIVEN ME UNSATISFACTORY REASONS.
THIS IS SECOND TIME RS150/- CHARGED AGAINST ME BUT FOR THE FIRST TIME THEY REFUNDED ME THE AMOUNT NOT FOR SECOND TIME.
