Customer hrassement by barring out going calls

Out going calls from my airtel prepaid mobile connection has been barred by the company on the name of address verification by asking irrelevant questions & confusing the customer.

Details are as below:

I have airtel prepaid connection having mobile no. 8979740290. It is new connection taken month back. On thrusday or Friday their was call for address verification. The customer care executive has talked & verified the address but from Saturday out going call was barred. This no. is used by my wife & it is on my name. All information provided to customer care executive was correct as per my documents which has been submitted to dealer at the time of procuring the SIM. But still my out going calls are barred. I don’t know what is the reason for this.

On Sunday (11/04) I called (from my another airtel no.) on 198 to log the complaint & it was loged by CC executive & told to me that it will be sorted out by 13/04. But till evening (13/04) it was not done.

In night 13/04, I again called to 198 at 22:00 hrs & talked to Mr. Sujeet. Mr. Sujeet has told that it will be solved very soon & he his forwarding my complaint. He also suggested me to submit the documents once again.

On 13/04, I have written mail at [email protected] & [email protected]. This two IDs were given to me by Mr. Sujeet as mentioned above. But till I did not got any information or any correction. He has also provided me cell no. 9897534865 of Mr. Manjeet Kaushal, but this no. is switched off. Still my phone is not working.

From above facts I would like to bring your attention to my following queries:

1.Once my connection is activated & my all documents are lying with the airtel and all details are loaded on my connection database, why should I submit documents again.?

2.If documents were not appropriate why connection was activate?

3.Why address verification was not done before activating the connection?

4.Why it was deactivated after 15 days of activation of connection when I have given my no. to all my friends & family.

5.Why customer care executive are not asking question relevant to their job & purpose instead of asking from how many days you are using the SIM – It seems that SIM user is thief or robber.

6.Why CC executive are not so much capable to understand not to misguide persons by asking irrelevant questions.

7.CC executive are for support of customer or for making their harsement.

I would request you all to take the necessary action to prevent such type hrassment to customers.
