Suspended my prepaid connection

Hi,

I was using your airtel connection since 2006. Today I check my airtel sim its get cancelled. I was very surprised to know that it get cancelled because not using for last 3 months. Last 4 years I am working in Oman and when ever I am coming on vacation am using this sim and still using the sim here in Oman as well. My last recharge done in February. I am having almost rs 175 credit balance In my account more importantly all my accounts and financial dealings are linked to my said phone number. I havent received any sort of information to cancelling the number. Any one please help me.
