Airtel pre paid connection
Outgoing Calls Barred

I am D.C. Joshi, 78 years old, having a airtel prepaid connection nos -9936203472 for over 3 years which i took from Allahabad. I am on a vacation in Rajasthan now and suddenly I find my outgoing calls barred. I have balance of over Rs 400 of in my account. I did go to the Airtel Customer Care at Ganganagar, Rajasthan but was categorically told that it can be rectified from Allahabad only. Now I am stuck here without a telephone connection.

This is also to bring to your notice that i was not told or was sent any SMS regarding barring of my services which is highly unethical on part of Airtel, especially towards a SENIOR CITIZEN of the country.

Hope airtel rectifies its mistake at the earliest
