The air tel prepaid connections was taken on 29 Nov and they missed my documents supplied and barred my out going calls. Then i have submit my documents on 12-12 in Mathikere Airtel relation office. Before submitting the document they told 2hrs to activate (In emegency number 121) The reference number was : 1212126627, Then told Monday they will activate the outgoing calls. Monday they are not activate the calls. Then Monday called to custoomer case they told with in 17th Dec we will activate the account Ref: 1214307830 on 14 Dec.
Why theay are misguiding me and also they are harassing me not activate the calls and telling different time every time. It very bad from the Airtel Customer service not only Worst and treating the customer to serve for them.
