I, Amitava Chatterjee, holding Air Tel Pre-Paid connection (9896479456) since June'2007. On 10.11.2009 (at 18:16:42 hrs) the mentioned number is being ERecharged vide the transaction code: 245000496, for life time validity mode.
On 17.12.2009 one SMS came for recharging request of Rs.150 by 28th December'09, inorder get the life time validity access continuation. Where as from 25th December'09 the SIM has been blocked & disabled from Air Tel.
Therefore registered complaint for the great inconvenience to Air Tel sales service local (Rewari - Haryana) executive Mr. Gulshan (Mobile no. 9896278025), who has started non--entertaing the compalint after sequencial follow up made. Thus the same compaint registered for the inconvenience of disabled SIM connection to Air Tel Customer care personnel/Executives (9896098960) several times, but every time some new customer, namely Mr. Rakesh, Mr. Mukesh, Mr. Kapil etc.noted the complaint & claimed that the the mentioned number is registered for life time facility since June'2009 & not recharged by Rs. 200 before six month period validity. Which agreed by the custmer care personnel as technical snag by Air Tel software. But till now no favour done & answered that the number is already disabled without any valid reason.
The total situation is shocking & traumatic, as the total communication is collapsed & many useful contacts are unable to connect due to problem. Though requsting no step yet has been taken for a valued customer as me.
It needs immediate attention & correction.
