I got prepaid connection on 28/01 from AirTel Customer care and deposited
all required documents at the same time. But still these documents are not sent to its desination point from there customer care and my Outgoing is barred.
My MDN is 9179633475.
2 Months back also i got AirTel prepaid connection from there local deler and after one month (After varification) suddenly incoming/outgoing barred. When i contacted CC center I was informmed that it was pre activated SIM and company is not responsible. And i loose the SIM chrges and Recharge voucher amount.
I am heart with Airtel's customer care services.
