Unnecessary deductions from balance

Dear sir

My mob;no is 08107385001 (airtel). I am verymuch surprised by the automatic activation of unwanted services. and by activation of these services my balance has been reduced many times although I never subscribed these services till now.

please look in to the matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.
