Dear Sir,
This with reference to my prepaid connection 9800890359 having sim number 89915100000072316641. I had purchased this card from Haldia west Bengal. I have balance of around 230Rs I am using this no. From last 2 years but on 17/06 the cimpany disconnect the my card due to non recharge of my life time prepaid connection without any prior notification.so I thought that due to not recharging my phone is disconnected so I made online recharge from airtel website with my credit card on 18/060. After recharging also phone not started then called to customer care I spoke to their executive and supervisor they are saying my phone is disconnected permanently and they don’t have any solution for that. My question is
Why they disconnected my phone without my notification???
And why its showing successful recharge if my card got disconnected permanently???
Because of this I am facing lots of problem my phone linked with my bank account.
Please help me with the same.
