Dear sir/maim,

we had purchased fue airtel prepaid sim card . and used fifteen or sixteen days . around after 15 days both sim has blocked by airtel customer care due to not submited any required doccument. Then i have made call to customer care bcz i have submited all the required document . but they said that, " we did not get any document, " then again we have submited all document which you required to Mr Anil mishra your airtel loby manager. and Mr. Anil mishra has commited that your no. will be start with 48 ours but after 3 days problem was same then again went to airtel loby and ask him about no activation. but Anil mishra has done misbehaive and abused and said we will not submit any document and also you can not activated no by any body.

So i think this is not a good service in a airtel which is multinational company.
