Dear sir,
My daughter Bhawna Gupta who is doing her B tech from Jaipur got a prepaid connection from Airtel in the month of sept. The SIM was activated. After a weeks time SIM did not worked and it was showing " Registration failed ". On enqiry from customer care, she was told that it was due to verification of her ID. After one month the SIM was again activated. The SIM is again showing "Registration Failed " since 18th Oct. She is unable to work on internet also due to above problem.
I want to know, why the SIM was first activated without verifying the ID. Once the ID was verified then why again the SIM is not working. I request to get the SIM activated again.
