I had purchased C3 nokia mobile along with a new prepaid airtel connection no. 9929049500. Airtel had promotion scheme with nokia in which airtel was giving 6 months GPRS free upto 2 GB on new C3 nokia handset. Inspite of my repeated complaints and reminders the problem has not been resolved. SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER 1202293911 has already been lodged with Airtel on 2/12. On 7.12.2010 I again emailed a reminder to 121.Subsequently I received a reply asking for scanned copy of bill and IMEI number of the handset. A scanned copy of bill and other details as required were mailed to them. After that inspite of repeated reminders I have not received any reply nor the problem has been resolved.
