Unauthorised deducation

I am ritesh using u r prepaid coneection no.7709543488, I hve not download any game from u r Tadak live then also u hve deducated my balance, when i compliant to u r custumer care they said I hve activated at 7.30 am, & message come on 9.40 am or its possible that any service which ahs been acttivated at 7.30 am & message has sent at 9.40am & these happening from Two months u r deducating my balance without ant activation, these is not coorect & making me to change my service
