Unable to activate Blackberry Services

I've port my number to airtel 2 days ago. My number has started working but when im trying to send the request through SMS to 121, I am unable to activate Airtel Prepaid Blackberry Internet services.

I have provided the following details as requested by Airtel Blackberry customer support at Bb. [email protected]

1- Customer Name - Rahul Jain

2- Blackberry Mobile Number - 93169426xx

3- Blackberry Model Number - 9700

4- PIN Number - 2172e2a5

5- IMEI Number - 357360031297xxx

5- Circle - Punjab

6- Plan needed - WBIS (weekly BIS serice plan)

7- Error while activating the services, still get the error message, "We are unable to process your request. If you are a new Prepaid customer please try again after 24 hours. Postpaid customers can call 121 for activation."

Ive tried calling customer support centre 100 times but they dont have any solution to my problem. There is no proper support and training to these stupid customer centre executives. Half of the time the customer centre number doesnt go through.

I would request to kindly provide resolution to my problem or i want to again port back my mobile to another service provider. I port to Airtel thinking that their Blackberry services are the best but to my surprise its the pathetic.

Awaiting your reply at the earliest. Kindly help me get a resolution in 24 hours or kindly get me my new UPC code for porting to another service provider.
