Refer my earlier complaint dated 19.6.2011 for the above mobile no: 9007215686. It is confirmed that Airtel is deducting @ Rs 5/-(Rupees five only) per day for Airtel Video portal which is being provided in the late night like 03.45 AM / 02.07AM time when I am sleeping and no request has been given by this mobile number. This way Airtel is looting my money without my any fault. I have tried my best to stop this service by complaining to customer care executive but as already said in my earlier complaint I am not able to get customer care executive neither through 121 nor 198 nor 12131, there no option from my mobile to contact customer care executive. It is requested to stop this service and return my money 1025/- and compensation to be claimed by me in due course after considering all harrasement.
Immediate action should be taken against AIRTEL Mobile service.
