Dear sir/Madam,
I have pre paid friends1 (9970223035) card having daily deduction RS 1.00. Currently Friends3 has been launched by Airtel which has no daily deduction. I had mail & word with Airtel Customer care & Nodal Officer regarding this. I had requested them to change my scheme friends 1to friends 3 or any parallel scheme. But they had regretted my request by telling this scheme is only applicable for new customers & for existing. Airtel has no value of existing customer, they want new customers more & more. This is a fraud.
