I asked Airtel customer care for the details of my outgoing calls. They told me to sms certain text to 121 "EPREBILL etc". Rs 50 deducted from my account in a second. Not a problem so far. But what I received in email was the details of just 3 days (NOT 30 days)... that means I dot the value of Rs 5 and my Rs 45 went in vain. Whats more... now Airtel Customer Care has barred my call. I cant speak to the human Customer Care anymore from my number.
