Dear Sir,
I want to know that who gives the right to the telecom companies to forward any customers personal details to any other stupid companies who starts disturbing us 24 hours by sending "SMS" and VOICE CALLS. I am having a Airtel number 9840193814, everyday im receiving more then 30 sms and voice calls. I tried to connect to airtel customer care but there also they just start their pre-recorded computerized massage regarding their stupid plans and then disconnect the call without transferring the line to the customer care executive. i have sent a mail to [email protected] also, i have sent a sms also by typing " START DND" to 1909 but there is no response.
Now it seems like i have done a crime by taking a airtel connection. i am frustrated with this.
