Without information start hello tune seva, & deduct balance

Hello tune seva has beel started without my information at my mobile no 9810648205 & Balance has been deduct up to minus 10 rupies. I am surprising if we want to make a call at zero balance then not permitted but airtel can send the balance in minus stage. Its a totaly cheating with me and other custmors.
