Wrong Value Added Service (VAS) Charge

Dear Sir;

My Airtel Prepaid Mobile No. is: 8897295590.

On 11.11.2011 at 07.45 PM, I suddenly got a message (SMS) from Airtel, which is reproduced below:

" Thanks for downloading GayatriMantraAndChalisa from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99."

Kindly note that I have not requested by any means for this service. Without my applying, requesting, desiring how they can give me some service and charge for that?

I contacted Airtel Customer care, but they have not returned/ credited back the amount. More over, they are saying, "you must have asked for the service", which is completely false. Further, when I asked " When did I ask for the service", they are not in a position to reply. The company has cheated me. Please help.
