Restoration of outgoing facilities of Prepaid Mobile No.9621633644

To Airtel (Prepaid Section),

Dear Sir/s,

Today I have noticed that my prepaid mobile telephone no 9621633644 of Kanpur is not permitting to make any outgoing call from my telephone, though I have sufficient balance. Presently I am in Kolkata. It is very much inconvenient for me to bear this situation.

It is very relevent to mention that necessary address proof was submitted to you based on which necessary certification of mobile user was carried out by you. Again I have submitted the address proof in the last month.

I would request you to restore my outgoing facilities immediately. Any quarry/clarification from my side, you may call on mobile no.9433529565 of Kolkata.
