I am facing porting problem (My mob. no. 9789023954) from my existing service provider i.e. AIRTEL. My unique porting id is AT982953. From airtel they are accepting my porting request, therefore the new service provider (i.e. Videocon) is not able to activate that porting no. into their network. I made a complain to airtel on dtd. 18.02.11 (complain no. CMPRO30218753552), but now I cant able to get in touch through toll free complain no. 198. The airtel customer service might be did somthing againt my no. so that I can't able to get in touch with them. Now I am sending email to nodal office chennai, but invain not a single reply I have received from their end. Threfore I would request you kindly do the needful from your end.
