Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchase a airtel prepaid SIM card with valid document's like D.L. after using 1 and half month company has bared my outgoing calls, i contacted customer care and come to know that due to not verification of document they are barred my out going service, any ways after providing all the related information on call and too many followups they had start my outgoing calls after 3 days instead of 24 hrs as the promised me many times . on 14th of this month they had start my outgoing service . but after one day AirTel again fully stop my services.

i contacted to Nodal Officer Orrisa and come to know that due to negative verification they had Deleted my number from Database.

I told him all the instaces which i am facing since last one week again he promised me to wait for again 72 hrs,

there is still 150/160 rupees balance in my account.

Sir, today mobile service is a basic necessity of a human being due to unavailability of Airtel serviced i am not able to make any calls.
