I am an airtel customer from times immemorial. Had a good but costly service all these days. But recently a problem arises which is not being solved by customer care executives even after complaining. the balance in my phone soon after recharging is being deducted leaving almost nil balance. As this happened several times i tried to call the executives but in vain. after one time their customer care number keeps shutting down automatically. Such a pathetic customer care from airtel. I am losing my hard earned money because of them. I am frustrated an decided to go public.
