Discontinuation of value added service

I am being charged Rs 30 per week in the name of renewal of Value added Service (Video club Service) & am directed to reply in sms to stop the service.when i follow the instructions over the sms, it says there are no value added service active on the mobile no.

when i complain about this, the service assitant hung up the phone.
