Hello.
This is with respect to disappointing airtel customer service i have experienced.
My mother had lost her AIRTEL SIM card last week, so we have blocked the SIM card and applied for a duplicate SIM card bearing mobile number 9741339004 by submitting all necessary documents at the airtel relationship center. I was told that the SIM will be activated within 4 hours but its already been 24 hours but to no use.
And the airtel customer service is so bad that i tried calling prepaid customer service number 9845098450 and the executive instead of helping me had disconnected the call after listening to my query as to why its not activated still. When i tried to call again, there was no option for me to select "Speak to customer executive" when i dialled 121 for help.
What kind of service is this for customers???
Im deeply disappointed and i request the authorities to please look into customer satisfaction and help customers in their queries. I request you to please help me in this regard.
