Dear concern officer,

I am a prepaid customer of your mobile service, having mobile no.as 9975699481.Today I received message from your 54321 no.informing that I have been renewed for auto sebcsription service and have been charged for 10 Rs.

I was surprised to see the message.why on earth 10 Rs been deducted from my account? I have never allowed you to do so. I have never subscribed for such a service.

When I call back and tha same no.and tried to tell this to you I was failed to make contact for three tines and told that the call is expired. I was charged for 6 Rs.for the service.

Sir/Madam, what is this. It’s nothing but just a loot of customer.

I need a explaination for this incident happened and I want ny 16 Rs back in my account.
