Not rectifying my complaint fully abour not receiving sms despite two - three month's lapse.'

I have made several complaint (about 4 - 5 times) about not receiving sms on my mobile number 0947119400. everytime it is attended and is set right within few days but again same complaint after 1- days. i am fed up in making complaint but no permanent solution.

today i again complaint to the custmer care at about 8.00 a.m.but the indifferent and negative attitude of the man oin the customer care has irritated me and my problem persists.
