I have an Airtel prepaid connection with number 9199870432.
I am subscribing the SMS Pack of Rs.21 from last two month by 777#.
At present this SMS Pack is active on my number.
From today 12.04.10 afternoon, charges of 1:50 paise were being deducted per
SMS i was sending. This fault is frequently & repeatedly happening with me. This is the forth time i m facing this problem.
I have talked to customer care executives and send mails to the nodal officers, but they are only irritating me by excuses and casual response.
Why this is happening again and again. Last week i sufffered loss for 4-5 days
and again this has happened.
The services of Airtel Technical stall are not enough capable to provide
good support to your customers.
I am fed up with their casual response to customers. I want my all money back and a penalty charge to be imposed on the service provider for lots of inconvenience to me and for their casual way to the problems of the customers.
