Unauthorised billing

Sir,

I have prepaid service from airtel no 9730036988.the service provider is deducting various amount from my balance without authority.

1.rs 30 deducted for friends chat service.

2.religious chants are sent by prank call from9561006198, when accepted re 1 is deducted from the balance.
