Dear Sir,
I have taken prepaid connection (9601189971) of Airtel. Without any request Airtel is activating value added services and deducting charges. Airtel had activated Airtel Picture post - news service 10-15 days back. They were charging daily basis, I had not seen that message. After 4-5 days again I have received a message regarding deductions of charges then I had contacted Customer Care and asked them to stop the said service immediately. Again today at 4:50 AM one message has been send by Airtel "Thanks for using News subcription service from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.10, whereas I have not send any such request. This way Airtel is taking money from their customers. Hence I request Airtel to stop my value added service and do not activate any vaule added service in my mobile number in future. Also I request Airtel to stop taking charges from their customers in this way and maintail a good relation with their customers.
