Automatically value packs get activated and balance is deducted from account. customer does not know anything about it. when he will know that balance is deducted, he will directly call to customer care but those executives will take lots of time to answer the query and it is also being charged .50 paisa each 3 min. and customer does not get satisfied answer or refund to his money. and He keep calling to customer care but the service is found not available. so customer keep mum and the companies are taking disadvantage of people.
