Reduction of balance

Sir,

I'm Shubhankar Guha. My mobile number is 9007455007. Last two and halfe years i am useing this connection. But unfortunetly i am very sorry to say that I am faceing so many problem about this connection like wise:-

1) Automatically different kind of services are activated and reduceing my balance.

2) I am recharging to get sms service but I am not geting that service. Whenever i am doing sms then you people are debiting from my main account balance which is not to be happen.

3) whenever i need the service i cant get that service.

4) Your customer care executives behaviour are bad and do not give proper information.

So, if you kindly solved my problem as soon as possible then i will be thankful to you otherwise i have to leave this connection.
