Promotional Messages without authorisation

There are unnecessary messages sent by airtel and other service providers without authorisation and when the message come on your phone it is charged to you my mobile number is 9867115864 i called customer care to stop the message was informed to send a message to stop it and will be taken care in 3 months (long procedure) but they don't stop and after that i call customer care and speak to the supervisor and he does it on his end ad it will take another 45 days from today how inconvenient for me to pay the money and get unnecessary messages
