DEAR SIR, I BEAR AN AIRTEL PRE PAID SIM CELL NO 09893107400 SINCE FOUR OR FIVE YEARS . THEIR DEDUCTIONS IN ACCOUNT ARE UNEVEN & ERRATIC . IN LAST TWO MONTHS I HAVE BEEN BADLY&DECEIVED&CHEATED BY THEM FOR TWICE OR THRICE . ON MAKING COMPLAINT THEIR ATTITUDE &REPLIES ARE NOT AT ALL SATISFACTORY ARE MAINTAINING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS FOR EYEWASH OF GENERAL PUBLIC. ON 29TH JULY I GOT AN SMS PACK ACTIVATED IN MY CELL. AFTER ACTIVATION I SENT FIFTY FIVE LOCAL SMS FROM MY NUMBER. TO MY SURPRISE INSTEAD OF GETTING DISCOUNTED SMS THEY DEDUCTED FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY RUPEES FROM MY MAIN BALANCE . (SIZE OF MY SMS IS 5 SMS PER SMS SO IT SHOULD BE 275 SMS). YESTERDAY I AGAIN NEEDED TO SEND BULK SMS IN A GROUP FOR WHICH I GOT A SMS PACK RECHARGED FOR TWO TIMES IN ORDER TO AVOID REOCCURRENCE OF PREVIOUS INCIDENCE. AGAIN THE SAME THING HAPPENED FROM MY FIRST SMS THEY STARTED DEDUCTING RS 1 FROM MY MAIN BALANCE & FOR ONLY 35 SMS RS 445 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY MAIN BALANCE (THIS ALSO ONLY GOD KNOWS BY WHICH CALCULATIONS THEY HAVE DONE SO). I HAVE BEEN BADLY CHEATED BY THIS COMPANY. ON MAKING COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINT CELL TODAY SOME MISS MANORAMA ATTENDED MY CALL AND AFTER EIGHT TO TEN MINUTES OF GETTING ALL THE DETAILS TOLD ME THAT THEIR IS SOME TECHNICAL FAULT WITH THE SIM SO IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME BUT YOUR YESTERDAYS FALSE DEDUCTION WILL BE RESOLVED. ON ASKING FOR THE PREVIOUS CASE SHE TOLD THAT TIME FOR COMPLAINT OF THE PREVIOUS CASE IS OVER IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GET THE PREVIOUS ISSUE SOLVED. I REQUESTED TO GIVE ME CALL DETAILS OF LAST SIX MONTHS ON CHARGEABLE BASIS SO THAT I CAN TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH THE RIGHT PLATFORM . I WAS TOLD THAT THEIR IS NO SUCH FACILITY AVAILABLE IN OUR COMPANY. AFTER FOUR HOURS OF REGISTRATION OF THIS COMPLAINT I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEIR EXECUTIVE MR YUDISHTIR (CELL NO 09892501094) STATING THAT WE HAVE CHECKED & FOUND THAT YOUR COMPLAINT IS NOT GENUINE SINCE WE ALLOW ONLY 100 SMS PER DAY IN THIS SMS PACK. ON ASKING FOR LOCAL DEALER DETAIL I WAS TOLD THAT I CANT SAY YOU HAVE TO CHECK IT LOCALLY. THEY ARE LYING AND & AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE TO PROVIDE CALL DETAILS / LOG DETAILS OF ANY CUSTOMER ON DEMAND MAY BE ON CHARGEABLE BASIS. BUT THEY DO NOT DO SO BECAUSE THEY ARE INVOLVED IN TO MANY SUCH FRAUDS/UNFAIR PRACTICES. I HAVE BEEN A SINCERE & HIGH END USER OF AIRTEL SINCE LAST FIVE YEARS (HAVE FIVE CELL AIRTEL CONNECTIONS IN MY FAMILY) FEEL THAT I NEVER EXPECTED THAT THEY ARE SO UNETHICAL IN THEIR BUSINESS. I APPEAL YOUR FORUM TO GET JUSTICE FOR ME & SHALL REQUEST TO GET ME A COPY OF MY LOG DETAILS FOR THE LAST SIX MONTHS FROM THEM.
