Call from Fraud Number (ISD)

People are complaining since last one year and nothing has been done till now regarding the fake call from 92 number today i got a missed call from 923052347618 when i searched on consumer forum found people are getting this kind of call since last 1 year and till now airtel hasn't looked into this.

Please if consumer forum can initiate this from their end, because i had a doubt after my complain airtel is going to look into this.
