Deduct balance

Dear Sir

My uncle have a idea number 9855703991 for long time. but on 05 Jan. 2012 deduct my balance from my account Rs. 20 and after once again company deduct my balance. Today I got a message your service will renew on 19 Jan and deduct Rs. 20 from your balance. when i try contact with customer care then he will give solid response and when i ask him to give my complaint number then he disconnect my call.

please sir solve my problem
