I converted my Tata Docomo prepaid number into Airtel prepaid through mobile number portability on March at Madhapur Airtel Relationship center, Hyderabad. On the eve of 7th April they barred my outgoing calls because of some document submission problem (according to them), but by common sense one could know that without submitting the documents how my Tata Docomo service changed to airtel? Probably they lost it somewhere. Anyway when on sat evening I went to Airtel Relationship center, Madhapur, Hyd at around 8pm they said it is closed & they can't help me out of that. I had to wait till Monday because Sunday was again a holiday. On Monday afternoon I re-submitted my documents (I have a copy of that form which I submitted) at Airtel Relationship center, Madhapur, Hyd after waiting for 1hr with a token in my hand. I was committed that my outgoing calls will be active within 24hrs. But till today it has not been resolved & when I am trying to connect to Customer Care Executive the call is getting disconnected abruptly due to their technical problem. I just need to know how many more times I need to visit the airtel office again & again. Whose fault is this & who is suffering for that.
