I purchased an airtel sim and submitted all the documents. My sim was working for about 20 days and after 20 days i was send an SMS saying to resubmit the documents. I resubmitted the documents with the dealer on 22 march under omr no.1232816.Noe Airtel customer care says that the number cannot work. My balance of abour Rupees 100 is also gone. Cant understand this injustice. Is airtel doing this to increase its revenue.
