Sir not working in UAE

Dear Sir / Madam

I am using airtel sim card last 6 years. now i am in UAE and i want to use my card in roming but my sim card is not working in UAE when i select any operator (etisalar or du) coming error operation failed. I have to need activate my sim in UAE. Please do the needful. MobileNo. 9934055180
