Refund my money

Dear Customer Care,

I have purchased a AIRTEL sim card bearing number 8809205440 before 4 days. I had submitted all the paper to retailer immediately. It was purchased for internet use purposes. For getting information about the scheme, I had talked customer cares executive on 121 immediately after the purchase within 3 to .30 hours. Due to some technical problem, I was compelled to talk many times to customer care executives. I had talked five customer care executives and senior officer too. I was shocked to get the contradictory information. Their information was contradictory to each other.

In result, after passing of four days, my sim card has not been activated with malafied intention. Consequently, I am unable to talk and use internet services. I have incurred a sum of Rs. 267 (activation charge Rs. 25, validity period Rs. 24, Talk time Rs. 120 and Internet Rs. 98). I also remember, I had warned them if they are cheating me. In this case, I had demanded my money Rs. 267 back. I could not use used this email. I had wished to protect my rights and interests only.

I now request you to refund my amount because my service has not been activated.
