For past one month i have been repaeatedly calling airtel to stop a service on my Chandigarh, Punjab mobile number. Inspite of assurances, nothing has been done in this regard and i am loosing amount each day from my balance. A simple question- will airtel refund me the amount they are deducting each day. I am currently based at Hyderabad and use the Punjab number only for one month when i go home. As my number was out of use, airtel themselves subscribed some alerts for which i had again lost 300-400 rupees from my existing balance when i switch on my number.
This has been a real harassement on part of airtel customer services and above all, while i was communicating to one of the executives, they used abusive language, which no doubt is beyond the acceptance of a customer. I hope. i'll get justice and if nothing else, my complaint will get an hearing ear and the needful action will be taken as soon as possible.
